Nader Baydoun, Counsel

Nader Baydoun

The founding member of Baydoun & Knight, PLLC, Nader Baydoun has more than thirty years of experience practicing law. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and business law. Over the years, Nader has tried an extensive number of cases. He has successfully litigated against General Motors, Central Parking Corporation, General Electric, Nicor Gas Company, and major financial institutions. Nader has obtained several seven-figure verdicts on behalf of his clients.

Nader is a graduate of Duke University, which he attended on a football scholarship. He is also a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School. Nader is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Georgia and has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and all of the state courts in Tennessee and Georgia. He is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations.
