Tim Deats, Controller

Tim Deats

Tim is responsible for insuring the accuracy of all Financial Information and Reporting and that these reports meet all Federal and State guidelines. He is also involved in researching and securing grants, as well as providing the reporting necessary to participate in theses programs.

Tim comes to Soles4Souls from the Georgia Boot Company with more than 26 years experience, most recently as Divisional Controller for the Georgia Boot and Durango divisions. Tim has extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.

"I love the challenge of helping to grow this charity," Deats said. "This is such a fantastic chance to help others and make a positive impact in the world. The people here at Soles4Souls are so dedicated and the people we meet are wonderful. I look forward to being part of something so worthwhile."

Tim is a native of Johnson City, New York and is married to Paula Jo. They have two children, Killian and Molly. Tim is a Troop Committee member for Boy Scout troop 106 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where he and his family reside.
