Kirk Kellerhals, Social/Multimedia Marketing

Kirk Kellerhals

Kirk comes to Soles4Souls from Fox 17 News in Nashville, Tennessee where he worked as a News Photographer and the Chief Video Editor. Kirk has also had the opportunity to work with National Geographic internationally and is an award winning Photographer whose works have been featured on several local and National News Networks and on NBC's reality TV show, "The Biggest Loser." Kirk's experience, passion for video journalism, and desire to make a positive difference is a perfect fit as he manages the Social/Multimedia Marketing Department to chronicle and share the mission of Soles4Souls through social Internet and multimedia channels.

Kirk attended Stephen F. Austin State University, Middle Tennessee State University, the Nossi College of Art, and Austin Peay State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Photojournalism with a minor in Computer Graphics Design. Kirk is an avid long distance runner and enjoys running races for a good cause. Kirk serves as an active Board Member for the Davidson County Community Advisory Board whose mission is to work closely with the Tennessee State Department of Children's Services through a partnership to assess needs, identify and promote development of resources, and encourage community education for the purpose of helping families become more self sufficient and to help oversee case management. Kirk is also an active Board Member with the Nashville Youth Soccer Association and an active member of the Tulip Grove Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization.

"Being able to do the things I love for an amazing mission is the opportunity of a lifetime! I look forward to doing my part of changing the world one pair at a time... Not only have I been blessed enough to be part of such a wonderful organization, I have the chance to show my children the importance of giving to those that are less fortunate," Kirk said. As the son of a distinguished career Army Officer, Kirk has had the opportunity to travel and live overseas and has seen the poorest of the poor and knows firsthand that the simple gift of a pair of shoes is a step in the right direction to making this a better world to live in.

Kirk resides in Hermitage, Tennessee with his soul mate and wife, Madeliene and their four beautiful kids: Austin, Andrew, Tyller, and Lucas.
