LaCita Mason, Accounting/Donor Management Clerk

LaCita Mason

LaCita Mason joined the Soles4Souls team as in May 2009 as our Accounting/Donor Management clerk. She works closely with our finance team on accounts payable/receivable, as well as assisting our operations team in sending out acknowledgment letters and tax receipts to all donors, big and small.

LaCita brings a wealth of experience in the non-profit & financial world, most recently with The Child and Adult Food Program in Middle Tennessee. Supplying the needs of people is her passion and feels it very rewarding at the end of the day to know that she has helped to improve the lives of people in need.

LaCita is originally from Clarksville, TN and has attended Middle Tennessee State University and Culinary School at Austin Peay State University. LaCita has a 16-year-old daughter (Chloe') and she loves to cook -- it is another one of her passions (and according to LaCita, it's also her vice).

"I love being a part of Soles4Souls because the vision and mission is so simple and so awesome," she says. "We are 'Changing the World - One Pair at a Time!' I will never throw away another pair of shoes!"
