Jay Phillips, Manager of Outreach

Jay Phillips has been with Soles4Souls since 2009 and works closely with donors and shippers to coordinate the shipment of millions of pairs of shoes. Jay also assists individuals and organizations in the process of submitting necessary forms for distribution requests, and ensures the shoes we send are appropriate for the population and local climate.

Jay worked for Bonnie Plant Farms as a regional Sales Representative for three years prior to his career with Soles4Souls. Jay proved to be a reliable and hard-working member of our OUTREACH division before becoming its Manager.

"I'm excited to continue my work with Soles4Souls, overseeing our impact around the world," Phillips said. "I can't think of a more fulfilling position than to be able to interact with folks on a daily basis who help us change so many lives with the gift of shoes."

He lives in Wadley, Alabama with his wife Melody, son Will and daughter Hannah.
