Keith Woodley, Chief Development Officer

Keith Woodley

Keith Woodley joined Soles4Souls in March 2009 as the Vice President of Strategic Development. Currently as Chief Development Officer, Keith is responsible for procuring donated footwear, sponsorships and will assist Soles4Souls in expanding the charity's various relationships within the footwear industry.

"After 24 years in the footwear industry and a career consisting of such opportunities as being a Buyer for Payless ShoeSource and the Director of Children's Product Development for Brown Shoe, I am even more energized about joining this incredible team," said Woodley. "In today's climate, what could be more fulfilling than working within a successful organization that is focused on improving the lives of others first and foremost?"

In addition, Keith has far reaching experience in the licensing industry, working closely with such companies as Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, Lucasfilm, Warner Bros., Sony, and Marvel. He has also traveled extensively to the Far East and throughout Europe, as well as domestically.

Keith was born and raised just outside of Kansas City, is married to Dacia and has four daughters: Myla, Chase, Paige, and Megan. He currently lives in Nashville.
