What types of shoes does Soles4Souls accept?

Soles4Souls accepts all types of new and gently worn shoes including: athletic, running, dress, sandals, pumps, heels, work boots, cleats, dance and flip flops.


Will all of the shoes our church donates go to Haiti?

All shoes that are climate appropriate and meet the needs of the Haitian population will be distributed in Haiti.

What is considered gently worn?

We define gently worn as shoes that you would still wear. They should have solid soles with no holes, laces (if applicable) and are clean (no mud). We never like to see anything thrown away, so please, if there is any question, send the shoes along and we will sort and utilize the in best possible way.

Does Soles4Souls take half pairs?

Yes, we accept half pairs. Hopefully, we can match them up one day!

What do you do with shoes that are not wearable?

The small percentage of shoes we receive that cannot be utilized are recycled. Nothing is wasted.


Does Soles4Souls provide prepaid shipping labels?

No, we ask that the donor absorb the cost of shipping the shoes to the nearest warehouse. We handle all costs in preparing and shipping the shoes to people in need.

Where do I send the shoes I collect?

Please send your shoes to one of our warehouse locations.
