Overview
Haiti, the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, is located 70 miles east of Cuba and about 550 miles from Miami, Florida. Our team will travel to Port-au-Prince and the Fermath region to distribute clothes and shoes as well as have the opportunity to experience the Haitian culture first-hand. During this 5 day trip, the team will be hosted at the Soles4Souls Community Center. This trip will consist of shoe and clothing distributions, a beach excursion, and spending time playing and sharing hope with local Haitian children.
Prior to your trip you will receive a detailed informational packet that includes a detailed itinerary, history and cultural facts, recommended immunizations, trip details and helpful tips to assist you in preparing for this experience of a lifetime.

Purpose of the Trip
The purpose of this trip is to allow team members to experience firsthand Changing the World One Pair at a Time. Your work will focus on serving the needs of the Haitians by providing individual attention in fitting the locals with clothes and shoes. During the trip we will encounter rough terrain, rubble, and debris. Attendees are encouraged to check with their physicians to ensure optimum health for these conditions.

Fees Include
Roundtrip airfare between the distribution location (Haiti) and predetermined departure (Miami). Shipping cost of shoes/clothes, lodging, meals, ground transportation, security, traveler’s insurance, supplies for various projects, entry and exit fees, and welcome package.
Travelers are responsible for any costs associated with arriving at the predetermined departure location.
