Where can I register to participate in a Soles4Souls, Inc. trip?

What will we be doing on the trips?
Your work will focus on serving the needs of the needy by working on various projects and providing individual attention in fitting them with shoes - maybe the first pair many will own. To learn about past trips please feel free read our blog.
What is the cost of the trip?
Cost varies depending upon destination.
Payment Schedule:
$150.00 due at the time of registration.
1/3 cost of trip is due 3 months prior to trip.
2/3 cost of trip is due 2 months prior to trip.
Total cost of trip is due 1 month prior to trip.
All cancellations must be in writing and mailed or faxed to Soles4Souls. Soles4Souls will not refund any payment prior to cancellation. Any forfeited payments will still be treated as a tax deductable gift to Soles4Souls. Because Soles4Souls is a 501(c)(3) corporation, all payments and donations made to it are tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor to learn more about this tax benefit.
Is there a deposit fee?
Once you have registered, a $150.00 deposit fee is due to secure your spot on the trip. This fee is included in the overall cost of the trip. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. Donations given on your behalf are tax deductible.
What is included in the cost?
Shipping cost of shoes, airfare (for international trips), lodging, meals, ground transportation, security, traveler’s insurance, supplies for various projects, entry and exits fees for international trips, and welcome package.
What is not included in the cost of the trip?
Personal items, gifts for others, snacks, etc. If needed, currency exchange will be taken care of by Soles4Souls team leader. Cancellation Insurance is not included in the cost, but is available if needed.
Are there any discounts available?
Participants that have previously traveled with the Soles4Souls “Travel with Us” program receive a 10% discount on future distribution trips.
Referral Program
Participants receive $100 off their trip price for each individual referred to join them on the distribution trip. Referrals must be traveling on the same trip as the individual referring them. The referring participants name must be submitted and noted as the referrer when the person they have referred is registering for the distribution trip.
Does Soles4Souls, Inc. provide fundraising support for each trip?
Each individual registered for a trip is responsible for the trip cost. Soles4Souls, Inc. has a fundraising site that allows individuals to fundraise for trip cost that go directly to Soles4Souls using their very own customizable webpage.
How long are the trips?
Trip length varies upon destination.
How large are the teams on each trip?
15-25 people per team
What are the age requirements?
At this time, most of our trips require participants to be 16 years of age and older.
What are the accommodations and safety procedures?
Accommodations vary depending upon location. Our strong relations with International and American volunteers have provided many open doors for service worldwide. Our team will be supported with ample translators and personnel during your stay. Each trip is thoughtfully planned and arranged by Soles4Souls, Inc. A team leader and representative from Soles4Souls will lead each trip. Our focus is to provide an experience for volunteers to serve and distribute shoes to those in need while offering a safe and protected environment.
What will I need to pack?
Prior to your trip you will receive a detailed informational packet that includes a detailed itinerary, history and cultural facts, recommended immunizations, trip details and helpful tips to assist you in preparing for this experience of a lifetime.
What documents and immunizations are needed before going on a trip?
A passport will be required for international trips.
