If so…

  1. Review or discuss the program guidelines to confirm that Soles4Souls is eligible to participate. Remember, Soles4Souls is a 501(c)(3) charity recognized by the IRS!
  2. Fill out your company’s matching gift request form. Our tax ID # is 20-4023482 in case you need it for the form.
  3. Send the completed for to Soles4Souls via US Mail, email, or fax. We’ll take it from there, and your company’s matching donation will be sent directly to Soles4Souls and be used to help people in need around the world!
