Diani Shoes 4th Annual Shoe Drive to Benefit Soles4Souls
Caroline Diani, owner of DIANI and DIANI Shoes announces the 4th annual soles4souls, inc. shoe drive. From Monday, April 5th until Monday, May 31st donations of new or gently worn, flat-soled shoes for men, women and children will be shipped via soles4souls headquarters in Las Vegas to impoverished communities around the world, notably those affected by the earthquakes in Haiti and Chile.
Soles4Souls, inc. was founded in December 2004 following the tsunami disaster in Southeast Asia, Partnering with local churches and the media, the organization collected and sent over 250,000 pairs of shoes to victims of the disaster. In the Fall of 2005, over 750,000 pairs of shoes were distributed to victims of Hurricane Katrina. Recognizing the impact the gift of shoes made in the lives of these people, the organization was incorporated as a 501©3 in 2005, with the mission of distributing as many shoes as possible to needy people around the world. Since then, the organization has delivered millions of pairs of shoes to communities in the U.S, Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Brazil, Uganda, Sudan and Romania.
Caroline Diani opened her first shop, DIANI in 2002 with the idea that Santa Barbara should have a European-style boutique that combines chic, casual sophistication with exceptional customer service. The success of DIANI spawned a sister store in 2007, DIANI Shoes, offering the latest fashion footwear, bags, jewelry, scarves and other essential accessories, thus assuring that DIANI clientele is exceptionally outfitted head-to-toe. That same year Caroline launched her website, www.dianiboutique.com which allows style mavens from around the world to have a piece of DIANI sent to their door.
A British export, Caroline earned her degree in fashion design at Kingston University just outside of London. With her experienced eye and impeccable taste, Caroline selects and assembles key looks and pieces from the most sought after American and European designers, making the DIANI group a one-stop experience for clients seeking signature, stand-out fashion.

DROP OFF: DIANI SHOES 1324 STATE STREET, ARLINGTON PLAZA (ACROSS FROM THE ARLINGTON THEATER) MON 10-6PM, TUES - SAT 10-7PM AND SUN 12-6PM.
DONATIONS OF FLAT SOLED, GENTLY WORN MEN'S, WOMEN'S AND CHILDREN'S SHOES WILL BE SHIPPED TO IMPOVERISHED COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD.
