Running Team Inaugural S4S Race
In our continuing efforts to give back to the running community who has given so much to Soles4Souls, we are introducing the inaugural 10/5K in Nashville September 13, 2008. Run or walk the fast, flat certified MetroCenter courses that include both surface streets and the beautiful waterfront of the MetroCenter Greenway. It will be a fun afternoon with exciting door prizes including an all expenses paid trip to the P.F. Chang’s Arizona Rock N Roll marathon in January 2009!

Brief Description:
The 5K Run/Walk will start at 5:30 PM and the 10K Run will start at 6:00 PM! If you mail in your entry with a donated pair of shoes, or drop it off at the Soles4Souls World Headquarters at 2900 Lebanon Road, Suite 210 Nashville, TN 37214 you can subtract $10 from your race entry fee! Help Soles4Souls in their mission of Changing the World One Pair at a Time™ on race day! Race packet pick up at Fleet Feet–Brentwood on Thursday September 11th and Friday September 12th 3PM-6PM or at the start line beginning at 3PM!

Fast, flat certified MetroCenter courses that include both surface streets and the beautiful waterfront of the MetroCenter Greenway. USATF Course certification pending. CHAMPIONCHIP TIMING Each participant will receive a "Technical" commemorative shirt. Post race refreshments. Door prize drawings for participants after the race. Awards will be given to top 3 finishes overall, and 5 year age groups to 80 +. Awards include running gear and entries into local 1/2 Marathons and other local running events...our way of giving back to the running community!!! Whether you run, walk, or crawl across the finish line of the 10 or 5 K event, you will be eligible for the random grand prize drawing for a trip to the P.F. Chang's Arizona Rock and Roll Marathon or 1/2 Marathon in January 2009!!! Space is limited and it is anticipated that this race WILL sell out quickly....register now before it's too late! PROCEEDS WILL BENEFIT "Soles4Souls". Please bring a pair of shoes to donate to help the Soles4Souls mission! Don't forget to ask about the new SolesInMotion™ Running Team!
